ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Todd Serulneck runs the Charlotte office of Acuity where Todd specializes in providing expert finance and accounting services for small and medium-sized SaaS and Consumer Product businesses. He helps his clients accelerate growth, increase profitability, improve the value of their company, and achieve their business objectives. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate planning.

Before Acuity, Todd was a division CFO at Walmart and has worked for well-known companies such as Office Depot, Pfizer, and Harvard Medical School. His career started in medical research, moved to IT in support of medical research, and is now in corporate finance for companies in a variety of industries and company sizes.

Todd earned a B.A. in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia University’s Columbia School of Business.

Todd is a strong believer of giving back to the community and those who serve our country. He is a volunteer mentor to veterans and provides free consults to the earliest stage companies during his complementary CFO office hours.

Todd will be next year’s president for the B2B Solutions Group.
